Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PolarCurve LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on polarcurve.us, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to provide information to site operators. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
2. How PolarCurve uses cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and remember your privacy choices. With your consent, we may use optional analytics or functional cookies. Non-essential cookies are not set before consent in GDPR/ePrivacy regions.
3. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Core website functions, security, form operation, and remembering your cookie preferences. | Always active |
| Analytics | Understand website usage such as pages visited, traffic sources, and general engagement, to improve the site. | Optional — consent required |
| Functional | Remember optional choices and preferences beyond what is strictly required. | Optional — consent required |
| Marketing | Advertising, retargeting, or campaign measurement. PolarCurve does not currently use marketing cookies. | Optional — consent required |
Current inventory: PolarCurve sets one strictly necessary item — pc_cookie_consent, stored in your browser's first-party local storage to remember your cookie choices. PolarCurve does not currently set any analytics, functional, or marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request renewed consent where required.
4. Managing your preferences
You can accept all, reject all, or set granular preferences at any time using the cookie preferences control, also available from the footer of every page. You can reject non-essential cookies as easily as accepting them.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie preferences control. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website functions.
7. Updates to this Cookie Policy
If the cookies we use change, we will update this policy and, where required, request renewed consent.
